Former Somerset captain & journalist Peter Roebuck dies on tour

Peter Roebuck, one of the finest cricket writers of his time, has been found dead at the age of 55 in his hotel in South Africa. Roebuck played alongside Sir Ian Botham and Sir Viv Richards at Somerset was a journalist for the Sydney Morning Herald and the Melbourne Age. He also worked as a broadcaster for ABC radio and had been covering Australia's tour of South Africa. Roebuck was a Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1988. Nov 2011
