Brett Lee retires: played with the best

35 year old paceman Brett Lee announced his retirement from international cricket and stated that he feels like a "huge weight" is off his shoulders. He said it would have been unfair to teammates to pursue yet another injury comeback. Lee quit test cricket in February 2010 and exits the one-day arena with 380 wickets - one short of Glenn McGrath's record for an Australian - at an average of 23.36 from 221 matches. July 2012
