Glenn Turner: the past, present and future of cricket

Glenn Turner was an astute captain and opener for NZ in the late 1970's.

He talks with Simon Doule on his start in cricket in Dunedin, his days as a NZ player and the current state of Test cricket and ODI's.

Turner made his Test debut against the West Indies in 1969. He was the first ever full time cricket professional in NZ after playing for Worcestershire in county cricket in the winter and Northern Districts in the summer.
