Dhoni smashes 15 in last over to inspire 1 wicket win: 2013 Tri-Nations Final (Trinidad)

India beat Sri Lanka by one wicket to win the Caribbean tri-series final.

Skipper MS Dhoni’s knock of 45 not out from 52 balls guided them over the line with 2 balls to spare. Dhoni smashed 15 runs in the last over.

Earlier, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 201 in 48.5 overs after crashing from 171-2 to lose 8 wickets for 30 runs.

India 203 for 9 (Rohit 58, Dhoni 45*, Herath 4-20) beat Sri Lanka 201 (Sangakkara 71, Thirimanne 46, Jadeja 4-23, Bhuvneshwar 2-24) by 1 wicket.
