Sri Lanka opening batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan retired from Test cricket to make way for the next generation but will still be available for the shorter forms of the game.
The 36-year-old made 16 Test centuries, including a career-best 193 against England at Lord's in 2011, and scored 5,492 runs in 87 Tests.
