Warne, Clarke tons pile on agony for England: 1st Test, Day 3 (Gabba)

England are facing defeat after David Warner and Michael Clarke drove home Australia's advantage with dominant centuries to give the hosts a lead of 560 when they declared at 401-7 an hour before stumps.

Day three, first Ashes Test: The Gabba, Brisbane - Australia 295 all out (Haddin 94, Johnson 64 / Broad 6-81) and 401-7 declared (Warner 124, Clarke 113 / Tremlett 3-69); lead England 136 all out (Carberry 40 / Johnson 4-61, Harris 3-28) and 24-2 (Harris 1-7, Johnson 1-7) by 536 runs.
