Tamin breaks record for most runs scored: 1st Test, Day 4 (Fatullah)

Opener Tamim Iqbal became Bangladesh's highest Test run-scorer as the hosts posted 111-3 in reply to India's 462-6 declared when rain ended play.

Tamin made his debut in 2008 and was playing his 40th Test when he eclipsed the 3,026 runs made by Habibul Bashar.

Bangladesh 111 for 3 (Kayes 59*, Ashwin 2-30) trail India 462 for 6 declared by 351 runs.
