England win back Ashes after innings win: 4th Test, Day 3 (Trent Bridge)

Ben Stokes took 6-36 as England regained the Ashes after sealing an innings and 78 run victory over Australia to secure the series 3-1.

Australia captain Michael Clarke announced he would be retiring from international cricket. England have now beaten Australia in four consecutive home series - their best sequence since 1896.

England 391 for 9 dec (Root 130, Bairstow 74, Starc 6-111) beat Australia 60 (Broad 8-15) and 253 (Warner 64, Rogers 52, Voges 51*, Stokes 6-36) by an innings and 78 runs.
