Rookie SL pacemen stun embarassed India: 1st T20 (Pune)

Sri Lanka's rookie pace attack blew away India to win by five-wickets in the three-match series.

On a lively track, India were skittled out for a paltry 101 in 18.5 overs with young pace trio of Kasun Rajitha (3/29), Dashun Shanaka (3/16) and Dushmantha Chameera (2/14) doing the damage.

In reply, Sri Lanka reached the target with two overs to spare as Dinesh Chandimal (35) and Chamara Kapugedara (25) made useful contributions.

Sri Lanka 105 for 5 (Chandimal 35, Nehra 2-21) beat India 101 (Ashwin 31, Rajitha 3-29, Shanaka 3-16) by five wickets.
