India's premier batsman Virat Kohli was deservingly awarded the 'Man of the Tournament' for his brilliant performance. India were ousted by champions West Indies in a thrilling semifinal.

Kohli was the fifth man named as the player of the tournament at an ICC World Twenty20 event.
