Defiant Shafiq ton leads Pakistan fight: 1st Test, Day 4 (Gabba)

Asad Shafiq hit a brilliant 100 not out to guide Pakistan to within 108 runs of an unlikely world record chase of 490.

Pakistan 142 and 8 for 382 (Shafiq 100*, Azhar 71, Younis 65) need 108 runs to beat Australia 429 and 5 for 202 dec.
