Maharaj mows down Bangladesh for crushing win: 1st Test, Day 5 (Potchefstroom)

Keshav Maharaj and Kagiso Rabada shot out Bangladesh for just 90 to power South Africa's win by 333 runs.

Maharaj picked up three wickets on Day 5 to record figures of 4 for 25 in the second innings and 7 for 117.

Play lasted just 83 minutes with the tourists, who resumed on 49/3, losing their remaining seven wickets for just 41 runs in 17.1 overs.

South Africa 496 for 3 dec (Elgar 199, Amla 137) and 247 for 6 dec (du Plessis 81, Bavuma 71) beat Bangladesh 320 (Mominul 77, Mahmudullah 66, Maharaj 3-92) and 90 (Kayes 32, Maharaj 4-25, Rabada 3-33) by 333 runs.
