Record Taylor ton has NZ on brink of win: 2nd Test, Day 3 (Hamilton)

A record-equalling 17th century by Ross Taylor had New Zealand within sight of a 2-0 series sweep against the West Indies.

33 year old Taylor equaled his late mentor Martin Crowe, and current Black Caps captain Kane Williamson, on 17 test tons.

The West Indies, set a world-record target of 444 to win, were in trouble at 30 for two by stumps.

West Indies 215 for 8 (Brathwaite 66, Southee 2-34) trail New Zealand 373 (Raval 84, de Grandhomme 58, Gabriel 4-119) by 158 runs.
