Thakur, Pandey shine as India beat SL: 2018 Nidahas Trophy No 4 (RPS)
Paceman Shardul Thakur took 4-27 to set up a crushing six-wicket win for India against Sri Lanka.
Chasing 153 to win, Manish Pandey (42 not out) hit 3 fours and a six as India overhauled the target with 9 balls remaining.
Earlier, Sri Lanka got off to a rapid start before stumbling to 152-9 with only Kusal Mendia (55) taking the fight to the Indians.
India 153 for 4 (Pandey 42*, Karthik 39*, Dananjaya 2-19) beat Sri Lanka 152 for 9 (Kusal Mendis 55, Thakur 4-27) by six wickets.
