Series preview: South Africa has edge after Chandimal suspension
Sri Lanka suffered a blow when skipper mDinesh Chandimal and two top Sri Lankan cricket officials agreed to sit out the Test series against South Africa pending sanctions from the ICC.
Chandimal, coach Chandika Hathurusingha and manager Asanka Gurusinha had pleaded guilty after a 2 hour protest during Sri Lanka's second Test against the West Indies.
South Africa feel good about starting the series in Galle after their Test win the past series at this venue.
