Roach roasts Bangladesh as Windies romp home: 1st Test (Antigua)

Bangladesh crashed to 43 all out in the first game thanks to a brilliant performance from West Indies paceman Kemar Roach (5 wickets for 8 runs) as the visitors lost by an innings and 219 runs.

Bangladesh were bowled out for their lowest Test score in the first innings, 43. They made 144 in their second innings after being reduced to 62 for 6 at the close of second day's play.

Kragg Brathwaite stroked 121 as the West Indies posted a massive 403 runs in their first innings.

Bangladesh 43 (Liton 25, Roach 5-8) and 144 (Nurul 64, Gabriel 5-77) lost to West Indies 406 (Brathwaite 121, Hope 67, Smith 58, Jayed 3-84) by an innings and 219 runs.
