Abbas burst has Aussies on the ropes: 1st Test, Day 4 (Dubai)

Paceman Mohammad Abbas (3-26) tore open Australia's top order as the visitors struggled to 136-3 after Pakistan set a record target of 462 runs.

Pakistan scored quick runs to declare its second innings at 181-8 for an overall lead of 461.

Aaron Finch (49) and Usman Khawaja (50 not out) put on 87 runs for the first wicket before Abbas snapped 3 quick wickets.

Australia 202 and 138 for 3 (Khawaja 50*, Finch 49, Abbas 3-26) need another 326 runs to beat Pakistan 482 and 181 for 6 dec.
