Stupidity? Bizzare run out of Azhar Ali whilst chatting (Abu Dhabi)

Fans may never see a more ridiculous dismissal in cricket?

Azhar Ali edged a ball to the boundary and thinking the ball had crossed the rope, halted in the middle of the pitch to chat with Asad Shafiq.

Tim Paine ran out Azhar leaving the dumbfounded Pakistani duo - who have a combined experience of 130 Tests and over 9 000 runs - looking sheepish.
