Shaheen, Fakhar crush Kiwis to level series: 2nd ODI (Abu Dhabi)

Paceman Shaheen Shah Afridi took four wickets as Pakistan eased to a six-wicket win over New Zealand to draw level at 1-1.

Ross Taylor scored 86 not out as Afridi, who finished with 4/38, was backed up well by Mohammad Hafeez (1/31) and Shadab Khan (1/25) to restrict the Kiwis to 209-6.

Laurie Ferguson shook the Pakistanis with a 2 wicket burst. Fakhar Zaman repaired the damage with a run-a-ball 88 and put on 101 runs with Babar Azam (46) to secure the win with 10 overs to spare.

Pakistan 212 for 4 (Fakhar 88, Babar 46, Ferguson 3-60) beat New Zealand 209 for 9 (Taylor 86*, Afridi 4-38, Hasan 2-59) by six wickets.
