Lyon spins out Pakistan for an innings win: 2nd Test, Day 4 (Adelaide)

Off spinner Nathan Lyon snapped up five wickets as Australia overcame resistance from Pakistan to clinch the second Test and wrap up the series 2-0.

Pakistan resumed on 39 for three. Masood (68) and Shafiq (57) put on a strong fight in the morning session.

Lyon took 5-69 to wrap up the innings after tea to hand Australia their second successive innings win over Pakistan.

Australia 3 for 589 dec (Warner 335*, Labuschagne 162) beat Pakistan 302 (Yasir 113, Azam 97, Starc 6-66) and 239 (Masood 68, Shafiq 57, Lyon 5-69) by an innings and 48 runs.
