Hodge leads spirited Windies reply: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Nottingham)

A career-best century from Kavem Hodge was the cornerstone of a strong West Indies' reply to England on Day 2.

The Windies reply was built on a superb 175-run partnership between Alick Athanaze (82) and Kavem Hodge (120) who made his maiden Test century. The tourists batted the entire day, closing on 351-5, a deficit of 65.

West Indies 351 for 5 (Hodge 120, Athanaze 82) trail England 416 (Pope 121, Duckett 71, Stokes 69) by 65 runs.
