Lonwabo Tsotsobe was born on 7 March 1984 in Port Elizabeth. He is a left arm medium paceman who made his first class debut for Eastern Province in 2004.
He was picked for the tour of Australian in 2008/09 and made his ODI debut in Perth in Jan 2009 taking 4-50. He made his Test debut against the West Indies in Port of Spain in June 2010. He was the No 1 ranked ODI bowler in 2014.
Tsotsobe was investigated for match fixing during the South African domestic T20 tournament in Feb 2016.
