Yasir Ali Chowdhury (born 3 June 1996), widely known as Yasir Ali Rabbi, is a Bangladeshi right-handed middle-order batter and occasional off-spinner. Born in Chattogram (formerly Chittagong).
He first came to prominence while representing Bangladesh at the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup before establishing himself as a prolific run-scorer in domestic cricket for Chattogram Division and Abahani Limited. His consistent performances in the National Cricket League and Bangladesh Cricket League earned him an international debut in Test cricket against Pakistan in 2021, followed by appearances in One-Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals.
A technically accomplished batter, Yasir has built a reputation for his patience and ability to anchor an innings under pressure.
