Razaullah Khan is a right-arm medium-fast bowler from Mardan who has emerged almost overnight as one of the country’s most intriguing young pace prospects.

Playing domestic cricket for Peshawar and in the PSL for Rawalpindiz, he reportedly possesses genuine pace in the mid-140 km/h range. His rapid rise earned him a Test debut for Pakistan against England at Edgbaston in September 2026, despite having only a relatively brief senior domestic career.

He could hardly have made a more memorable start. In his first Test over, Razaullah dismissed England’s premier batsman Joe Root, before adding Emilio Gay to his wickets. His slingy action, pace and attacking approach immediately attracted attention, making his debut one of the more remarkable introductions to Test cricket by a young Pakistani fast bowler in recent years.
