
Tom Killick was an English cricketer and Anglican priest, best known for his elegant batting and brief international career.
Born in 1907 and educated at St Paul’s School and Jesus College, Cambridge, he played first-class cricket for Middlesex and Cambridge University, averaging over 40 with the bat.
In 1929, he represented England in two Tests against South Africa.
After retiring from cricket, Killick entered the clergy, serving as a chaplain and later vicar of Bishop’s Stortford.
He died suddenly in 1953, aged 46, while playing in a clergy cricket match.
