Seifert, Allen blast Pakistan in crushing win: 2nd T20 (Dunedin)

Openers Tim Seifert and Finn Allen put on 66 in 28 balls as New Zealand cruised to a five-wicket win over Pakistan in a rain hit 2nd T20 at Dunedin.

Chasing 136 for victory, Allen struck a 16-ball 38 runs and Seifert smashed 45 off 22 (five sixes) to guide NZ to an easy win with 11 balls remaining.

Earlier, a 28-ball 46 from captain Salman Agha enabled Pakistan to score at exactly nine runs per over, to set a target of 136 from 15 overs.

New Zealand 137 for 5 (Seifert 45, Allen 38, Rauf 2-20) beat Pakistan 135 for 9 (Agha 46, Sodhi 2-17, Duffy 2-20, Sears 2-23) by five wickets 15 overs a side.
