Spinner Abdur Rehman took 4 wickets as Pakistan secured a series-levelling victory by 196 runs in St Kitts.
Carlton Baugh and Darren Sammy provided some defiance with a partnership that spanned ten overs.
Pakistan 272 (Ali 67, Akmal 56, Tanvir 57, Rampaul 3-68) and 377 for 6 dec (Taufeeq 135, Misbah 102*) beat West Indies 223 (Samuels 57, Hafeez 3-23) and 230 (Bravo 50, Rehman 4-65) by 196 runs.
