Starc leads thumping series win over Windies: 2nd Test, Day 4 (Grenada)

Left arm quick Mitchell Starc grabbed 3-24 as Australia surged to a 133 run victory in the second Test against the West Indies after taking crucial wickets before lunch on the fourth day in Grenada.

Chasing a target of 277, the Windies were in early trouble at 29-3. Shai Hope (34) and captain Roston Chase (17) provided some resistance in the afternoon session before being bowled out for 143. Nathan Lyon took 3-42.

Australia won the Frank Worrell Trophy inside two Tests, with one to play.

Australia 286 (Carey 63, Webster 60, Alzarri 4-61) and 243 (Smith 71, Green 52, Shamar 4-66, Greaves 2-22) beat West Indies 253 (King 75, Campbell 40, Lyon 3-75, Hazlewood 2-43, Cummins 2-46) and 143 (Chase 34, Starc 3-24, Lyon 3-42) by 133 runs.
