Inglis, Zampa shine as Australia thump Windies: 2nd T20 (Jamaica)

Josh Inglis smashed a half-century to power Australia to an eight-wicket win over West Indies in their second T20 in Kingston.

Opener Brandon King (51 from 36 balls) embarked on an early blitz, reaching a half-century from 33 balls. Home town hero Andre Russell playing his farewell game struck 36 from 15 balls. Adam Zampa snared three wickets to limit the home team to 172-8

In reply, Inglis (78 from 33) and Cameron Green (56 from 32) made remarkably short work of a chase for 173 to win, rushing to the target with 28 balls to spare.

Australia 173 for 2 (Inglis 78*, Green 56*, Holder 1-28) beat West Indies 172 for 8 (King 51, Russell 36, Zampa 3-29, Maxwell 2-15, Ellis 2-34) by eight wickets.
