Zadran’s unbeaten 57 guides Afghanistan past Zimbabwe: 2nd T20 (Harare)

Afghanistan sealed the T20I series with a convincing seven-wicket win over Zimbabwe in the second match at Harare Sports Club, taking an unassailable 2–0 lead.

Batting first, Zimbabwe managed just 125 all out in 19.3 overs, as Afghanistan’s bowlers maintained relentless pressure throughout. Sikandar Raza top-scored with 37 off 32 balls, but the rest of the batting lineup struggled against a disciplined attack led by Rashid Khan, who was superb with figures of 3/9, and Naveen-ul-Haq, who took 2/27.

In reply, Afghanistan chased down the target comfortably, finishing on 129/3 in 18 overs, thanks to Ibrahim Zadran’s unbeaten 57 off 51 balls and solid support from Rahmanullah Gurbaz (33).
