Pakistan seal win over Namibia after Farhan century: T20 World Cup No 35 (SSC)

Sahibzada Farhan smashed a blazing unbeaten hundred as Pakistan posted a competitive 178/6 in 20 overs against Namibia at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

Pakistan’s innings was anchored by a composed 62 from Babar Azam, supported by useful cameos from Saim Ayub (27) and Shadab Khan (24) to set a challenging yet defensible total on a true batting surface.

In response, Namibia finished 97 all out after theycouldn’t keep up with the required rate. Pakistan’s bowlers — particularly the spinners — applied consistent pressure in the middle overs to protect their total and secure the win.

Pakistan 199 for 3 (Farhan 100*, Agha 38, Brassell 2-38) beat Namibia 97 (Steenkamp 23, Tariq 4-16, Shadab 3-19) by 102 runs. Feb 2026.
