South Africa escaped with a drama filled 1 wicket win as Lasith "Slinger" Malinga took a world record 4 wickets in 4 balls to almost pull off a spectacular win at the death.

After posting an under par 208 the Lankans were never in the hunt. But a strangle by Murali and Maling's sensational spell almost pulled it off as Petersen edged a ball just wide of slip for the winning boundary.
