Sri Lanka staged a remarkable recovery to make its first ever world cup final. After being 35-3 it powered to 251-8 thanks to Aravinda De Silva's 66 in 47 balls. India looked on target at 98-1 but a lightning stumping off Tendulkar caused panic as the Lankan spinners tightened the grip to leave it at 120-8.
