KP & Colly restore parity after Johnson strikes: 1st Test, Day 1 (Cardiff) - Part 2 of 2

Mitchell Johnson snapped up two quick wickets late in the morning session to give Australia the edge.

But Kevin Pietersen made himself at home against the Australian bowlers and Paul Collingwood showed his renowned battling qualities to settle England's nerves on the opening day.

England finished the day on 336-7 after Matt Prior 56 and Flintoff 37 put on 86 runs.
