Champions Trophy: Can England make amends?

England have never won a World Cup despite making the finals 3 times nor has it won the ICC Champions Trophy after being pipped in the final by the West Indies in 2004. Could the 2009 edition be its opportunity to come good and win the trophy. Sept 2009.
