Teenager Adrian Barath smashed 104 on debut and stood up to the Aussies as the home team won by an innings and 65 runs.
After following on 252 behind Australia' first innings score, the Windies folded for 187 in their second innings.
Australia are now unbeaten in Brisbane for 21 years.
