Controversial Smith century dominates England: 4th Test, Day 2 (Jborg)

Skipper Graeme Smith's controversial century 105 helped South Africa to a 35 run lead over England when they finished at 215-2 on a weatherhit day.

Smith and Amla 71 not out shared a 165 run stand. Smith was caught behind when on 15.

England referred the not out decision but Daryl Harper did not have his speaker turned on to hear any noise on the television replays.
