Is the Warner switch-hit legal?

Australia batsman David Warner has received strong support from New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori saying the switchhit is the next big thing in cricket. Michael Clarke vows to get a ruling from the umpires to enable Warner to play in this manner whilst legend Neil Harvey weighs in to state that it should be banned. Feb 2010.
