Dominant Lankans beat NZ: Tri Nations 2nd ODI (Dambulla)
Upul Thuranga (70) and Kumar Sangakkara (48) combined to guide Sri Lanka to a 3 wicket win over New Zealand.
Sri Lanka replied with 195-7 in the 41st over after losing a flurry of wickets at the end as the home team strived to gain a bonus point by winning by the 40th over. Kyle Mills took 4-41.
Earlier, New Zealand limped to 192 all out after debutant Watling (55) got them off to a bright start before Malinga (3-35) and Mathews (3-36) checked them at crucial moments on a tough pitch.
