Watson crashes 185, destroys Bangladesh: 2nd ODI (Mirpur)

All rounder Shane Watson smashed a world record, hitting 15 sixes in an astonishing innings of 185 not out from just 96 deliveries as Australia beat Bangladesh by nine wickets.

Australia won with 24 overs to spare to take a 2-0 lead in a three-match series.

Watson's percentage of his team's score (79.7%) of 1-232 was also the highest by any player in history, surpassing West Indian legend Viv Richards (69.48%).

Earlier, Mitchell Johnson took three wickets as Bangladesh made what seemed a competitive 7-229.
