England win takes them 2-0 up in series against India (Trent Bridge)

England rolled India on the fourth afternoon to secure a sensational victory by over 300 runs. It was a remarkable turnaround having been 124-8 on the first day, mainly thanks to man of the match Stuart Broad. Runs, wickets and of course a hat-trick on his home ground really turned the Test in England's favour, and with huge contributions from Ian Bell and Tim Bresnan (90 and 5-48) England now need one victory to secure the world number one ranking. Captain Andrew Strauss was quick to state that England will focus only on the next Test at Edgbaston and nothing else.
