Sangakkara keeps Pakistan at bay: 1st Test, Day 4 (Abu Dhabi)

Kumar Sangakkara stood between Pakistan and victory with a marathon second innings century. The 33-year-old left-hander was unbeaten on 161, his 26th Test hundred, to help Sri Lanka reach 298/5 in their second knock at close. Sri Lanka 298 for 5 (Sangakkara 161*, Thirimanne 68, Gul 2-49) and 197 trail Pakistan 511 for 6dec by 16 runs. 1st Test, Day 4 (Abu Dhabi), Oct 2011
