India down Pakistan in tense last wicket thriller: Under 19 World Cup Qfinal (Townsville)

Baba Aparajith scored a superb half-century and Vijay Zol scored 36, as India registered a thrilling one-wicket win against Pakistan to qualify for the semi-finals.

India collapsed in their chase and it was the last pair of Harmeet Singh (13 n.o.) and Sandeep Sharma (2 n.o.) that held their nerves to help their team across the line in the 48th over.

Earlier, rain threatened to disrupt play as India bowled out Pakistan for just 136 in the 45th over. despite Babar Azam (50) and Umar Waheed (27) staging a recovery by putting on 55 runs.
