Cook and KP resist spinners, rescue England: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Mumbai)

After dismissing India for 327 in the first innings, England moved to the safety of 178 for two.

Skipper Alastair Cook delivered another gritty batting display while Kevin Pietersen returned to form as they put on 110 runs. Earlier, spin duo Monty Panesar and Graeme Swann ran through the Indian batting line-up in which Cheteshwar Pujara (135) stood out.
