IPL Spot Fixing: BCCI probe panel 'illegal' says High Court
The Indian Cricket Board's probe panel into allegations of spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) is "illegal and unconstitutional", the Bombay High Court said.
The ruling means that the return of N Srinivasan as president of the BCCI has been delayed.
