Broad stars as Aussies collapse in a heap: 4th Test, Day 4 (Durham)

England took an unassailable 3-0 lead with one match remaining after Broad added to his first-innings five for 71 with six for 50.

Australia, chasing 299, were bowled out for 224.

Australia lost 9 wickets in an extended evening session after Australia openers Chris Rogers (49) and David Warner (71) had frustrated England with a partnership of 109.

England 238 (Cook 51, Lyon 4-42) and 330 (Bell 113, Harris 7-117, Lyon 3-55) beat Australia 270 (Rogers 110, Watson 68, Broad 5-71) and 224 (Warner 71, Broad 6-50) by 74 runs.
