2014 T20 World Cup: The road to the finals for India and Sri Lanka

India upstaged South Africa by six wickets in the semi-final to cruise into the final whilst Sri Lanka knocked over the defending champions, the Windies in the other semi.

Sri Lanka faced a daunting nerves test from a dominant India in the all-Asian World Twenty20 final which they won easily.

Sri Lanka reached 4-134 in 17.5 overs to complete the win after restricting India to an unimpressive 4-130 in the World Twenty20 final.
