Recalled paceman Josh Hazlewood took 4-35 as Australia beat a wobbly Pakistan by six wickets to progress to the semi-finals.

Wahab Riaz's fiery spell left Australia wobbling at 3-59 until sloppy fielding and Shane Watson's 64 not out guided Australia home.

Australia 216 for 4 (Smith 65, Watson 64*) beat Pakistan 213 (Haris Sohail 41, Hazlewood 4-35) by 6 wickets.
