Ishant fire takes India to brink of series win: 3rd Test, Day 4 (SSC)

Paceman Ishant Sharma breathed fire yet again, bowling an opening spell of 5-1-7-2 to leave the Sri Lankan top order in tatters at 67-3.

Ravi Ashwin top-scored with 58 after Rohit Sharma made 50, as India were 274 all out leaving Sri Lanka chasing a target of 386.

Sri Lanka 201 and 67 for 3 (Ishant 2-14) need another 319 to beat India 312 and 274 (Ashwin 58, Rohit 50, Pradeep 4-62, Prasad 4-69).
