Rohit Sharma (171 not out) and Virat Kohli (91) dominated with a double-century stand before Steve Smith (149) and George Bailey (112) outclassed India to secure a 5 wicket win chasing down 309.

Sharma batted an entire 50 overs for 171 which is the highest score by an Indian and best against Australia at the WACA and also the highest ODI by any touring batsmen in Australia.
